Therapist and Owner
(Accepting clients in NC, IN, and FL)

I offer down-to-earth therapy for anxious creatives, healers, witchy types and LGBTQ+ folx who struggle with self-doubt to help them discover their magic and live more authentically. Maybe perfectionism is holding you back from taking that next step? Needing to set better boundaries but feeling like its a lost cause? Overthinking leaving you feeling burnt out and over it? Wouldn’t it be nice if all those critical voices could chill out and give you some peace? Regardless of how self-doubt is showing up in your day to day, we can work together to find your strengths, learn to trust intuition, and recognize your unique gifts.

My lived experience as a highly sensitive, introverted, chronically ill, queer woman has given me experience with the messages our world tells us about what it means to be different – that we are somehow broken or unworthy. That is total bullshit! You are fabulous and deserving of all the magical offerings that this world has to offer.

I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to process through what life has thrown at you. My style is casual, authentic, and I will bring humor and real talk to our sessions. Let’s work together to start to unpack the baggage of the past, heal old patterns, and build the empowered life you are looking for.
Self-pay only. I partner with Mentaya to help you understand your out-of-network benefits and if eligible, get reimbursed for therapy. Check here to check your benefits.

Therapist
(Accepting patients in NC)

I provide therapy for those who are navigating trauma, exploring their authentic identity, and desire to create joy and meaning in their lives. My passion is to guide and support my clients on their journey to recover from anxiety and depression, while also flourishing into their full authentic selves. Together, we can identify how to change patterns that feel automatic, while staying down-to-earth and creating a safe space to process all emotions. You are worthy of care, connection, and feeling safe. Being a queer, fat woman has offered me insight into the importance of self-kindness, finding joy, and holding space for other’s pain. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care and want to create a safe place for those on the fat spectrum to feel appreciated, welcomed, and celebrated in my therapeutic practices.
Currently Accepting: Aetna, Optum, UMR, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare insurance.  I’m also accepting private pay clients. I can assist you with using your out-of-network benefits.
